Weight -- Update!

I'm down 90 pounds on 8/28/08!!!--that's right--read em and weep--90 big ones. That's 1,440 ounces. 315,000 Calories, and 40.8233133 Kilos. But I like it better in pounds. Sounds more dramatic and I like drama!

Here's my progress chart:

Began an exercise regiment at Contours Women gym - February 2007

February 2007 to May 2007 gained 15 pounds

May 2007 to September 2007 lost 13.8 pounds

From September 2007 to January 2008 lost 6.2 pounds

From January 2008 to March 8, 2008 lost 8 pounds

From March 8, 2008 when I joined Weight Watchers to August 28, 2008 I lost another 62 pounds

Total weight loss 8/28/08 = 90 pounds

I decided not to include a photo on this post. Losing another 10 pounds doesn't really that much difference from the 80 pounds lost. So maybe when I hit 100 pound weight loss, I'll include another picture. It's just too bad I don't get younger with every pound I lose. That would be worth a few bucks wouldn't it?

I think you should not focuse that much on lost pounds if you are actively exercising. The problem with exercising is that it makes you gain weight which is actually muscle but it may drag your spirit down when you are indeed doing soemthing good for your body.
Focuse more on these questions: how do I feel in my body? Can I do all the things I need to and even a little more? Am I healthy?
I want to lose a little fat but I really don't want to lose weight, I mean I don't want to be thin just because (apart from a little too much fat) I feel great with this body and how I feel in it.
I know you want to lose weight for health purpose.
I know you think you're far from your goal.
Just keep in mind these questions just to keep you in check.

In case you want to do some more exercising: I have an appartment to fix. If you're bored this week end and want to spend a week end in France just to repare things in my appartment feel free to drop by!

You just might be the coolest person I don't know. You may not get younger but as weight is lost you do start to look younger. I think as people start to feel better about the way they look they start to do things that make them look younger too, new wardrobe, new hairstyle or makeup etc. And remember, there are very attractive women in their 50's and 60's. You don't have to look 20 to be attractive. Thank heavens.
